In this video, we meet Karim Doyle and Kimberly Sylvester, winners of the Grenada Tourism Authority’s first Young Chef, Young Mixologist competition held in December 2021. We learn their starts in the hospitality industry and what inspired them to enter the competition. They also show us how to make a delicious Grenada inspired mocktail and Grenada’s national dish, Oil down.
